MEADOW Park under-13s confirmed second place in the Central Warwickshire Youth Football League Division One with two comfortable victories.

They recorded a 4-0 win over Wythall Juniors, with goals for Theo Fields, Elliott Ward, Terrel Jeffers and Cain Ellis.

On Sunday with no Dan Meredith in goal and Joe Green injured, the strength of Meadow Park’s squad shone as they crafted out a 7-0 win against South Birmingham Alliance to finish the season.

Ward opened the account, following up a Danny Shaw strike to give Park the lead shortly before half-time.

In the second half, Josh Done netted the second before man of the match Harry Tudge made it three.

Fields netted a brace to make it five, before an own goal for six and Ellis scrambled home a seventh as Park ran riot to cap an impressive season.

They now loo forward to a Cup semi-final on Saturday as they look to add further silverware to a very impressive season.
