A driver has been arrested following a police chase in the West Midlands.
The West Midlands Police Traffic Unit said the road crime team were out on patrol in Winson Green when they found a stolen Range Rover.
The car was linked to a burglary in Redditch that had happened just hours earlier.
Officers pursued the vehicle but the driver crashed it and fled the scene.
The Road Crime Team later found the suspect on a nearby street and they are now in custody.
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, a spokesperson for WMP Traffic said: "The Road Crime Team on patrol in Winson Green found a stolen Range Rover, stolen in a burglary hours earlier in Redditch.
"The vehicle was pursued and crashed before the driver fled. They were caught in a nearby street."
