SUSPICIOUS people with torches were seen going into a Droitwich graveyard late at night.
Police are appealing for information after four unknown people were seen entering St Nicholas Church on Ombersley Road with torches.
They were seen coming out of a burgundy four-by-four and were near the graves in the churchyard.
The incident happened between 11.30pm and 11.40pm on Thursday, April 18.
A spokesperson for Droitwich SNT said: "We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft of these items or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious.
"We are also encouraging the community to call us on 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously."
The incident reference number is 00523 I 18042024.
