A long-standing family business has found a brand-new home in Bromsgrove.

Vauxhall Printing, which can trace its roots back to 1927, is set to move from its base in Small Heath to Buntsford Gate Business Park.

The business has always been run by the same family with managing director, Simon Billingham, being the fourth generation to manage the operation.

The new site has been secured in a £245,000 property deal with the team hoping to add more companies in Bromsgrove and Redditch to their existing customer base.

Mr Billingham said: "We are a one-stop shop providing personal attention to our business clients whether it is an order for business cards, marketing brochures, leaflets, merchandising or signage.

"Our level of service is part of what makes us a printer of choice for our customers whether they are in Birmingham or anywhere else in the country.

"We have been based in Small Heath since the 1970s but we have been looking for somewhere nearer Bromsgrove for the last five or six years."

Despite a previous deal falling through, John Truslove managed to help secure the new site which is set to provide the business with almost 2,500 sq ft of space in a two-storey office premises.

Mr Billingham said: "We are now hoping to add more companies in the Bromsgrove and Redditch area to our existing customer base. It is clearly a vibrant area for businesses.

"Ian Parker at John Truslove has seen us through a long and sometimes difficult process, but he provides the same sort of high quality personal service that we provide to our own clients."

Ian Parker, joint managing director at John Truslove, added: "We are delighted to welcome them to this area and I am sure many of the local companies will be attracted by their printing services."
