A security company has strengthened its ranks with a trio of new recruits.

Bromsgrove's Ecl-ips has welcomed Leanne Gough, Joe Newey and Tom Clark to the team.

Ms Gough, having spent 17 years in the insurance industry in customer service and accounts, has joined as business administrator.

Having a background in business and administration, as well as bookkeeping and accounting, she will work alongside business operations manager Angela Price.

Mr Newey and Mr Clark are the latest recruits in the project engineering team, led by David Harris.

At 22, Mr Newey has spent five years in the industry and recently acquired his fire and security qualification after studying for three years at college.

He said he was "loving every second of my new journey" at Ecl-ips.

Clark, 20, is stepping into the role of trainee project engineer, bringing experience from past jobs including electrical installation, gas pipe maintenance and loft insulation.

Drawn to a more technical career path, the company said it noticed his potential before taking him on board.
