POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a crash on the M42 which left a man with serious injuries.
The collision happened northbound between junctions 1 and 2, when a white Mini Cooper has collided with a blue BMW five series on Saturday evening (February 17) at around 9.40pm.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "The driver of the Mini, a man in his 50’s, was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital with serious injuries.
"Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or has dash-cam footage, is asked to contact PC Handley by emailing Christopher.handley@westmercia.police.uk
"Alternatively, information can be shared anonymously with the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or by visiting www.crimestoppers-org.uk."
