Passengers have been left stranded at Bromsgrove station as severe flooding hits the town causing major chaos.
Storm Babet has brought heavy rain and flooded the rail tracks leaving people stuck on trains since early this morning (Friday, October 20).
One stranded passenger posted: “Flooding on the tracks just outside Droitwich. According to the conductor, this has now risen by a foot. Been stranded in Bromsgrove since 8.15am.”

Train staff on a service from Bromsgrove station to Worcester Foregate Street were also warning people it was unsafe to travel as the storm continues to cause disruption across the region.
Traffic is also at a standstill on the A38 between Bromsgrove and Droitwich with Bromsgrove District Council warning of flooding outside Sanders Park.
