BROMSGROVE has relatively good opportunities for poor children from disadvantaged backgrounds to do well at school and achieve well in adulthood, according to a new report published by the Social Mobility and Child Poverty Commission.
The Social Mobility Index published on Sunday, January 31 examines the most and least socially mobile areas of the country by comparing the opportunities available to poorer children in regards to school, work and living standards.
